Fire Stones are made by using Fire Stone Dust, which is usually found on the streets, or downtown. Grab a random rock and drench it in Fire Stone Dust, Vwhala! You have a Fire Stone, then all you have to do, is give it to Eevee to evolve it into Flareon!
